Who can access the Learning Hub
All professionals working in organisations listed on our membership directory can create an account.
Changes to access
The access requirements for the Learning Hub have changed. From 13 May 2025, only those working in organisations listed on our membership directory can access the Hub.
If you can no longer access the Hub, there is a wide range of free learning resources available on the Housing Ombudsman website.
Inactive accounts
Accounts that have not been accessed for 6 months are automatically archived.
If this happens and you are unable to sign in, get in touch and we will look into it for you.
